Hi-Power is a heavy-duty, concentrated formula for stripping detergent-resistant metal interlock floor finish, without a heavy unpleasant ammonia odor. 

Coverage at dilution is 1,000 to 2,000 sq.ft. per gallon.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

LIGHT BUILD UP:  Dilute 1 part Hi-Power with 7 parts hot or warm water. 

MEDIUM BUILD UP:  Dilute 1 part Hi-Power with 5 parts hot or warm water.

HEAVY BUILD UP:  Dilute 1 part Hi-Power with 3 parts hot or warm water.

Apply stripper solution to the floor and allow to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes.  Do not allow stripper solution to dry on floor.  Do not apply over large areas at a time.  For stubborn areas, a second application may be necessary.

Scrub floor with a recommended floor machine and scrubbing pad to break up the finish film. 

Rinse thoroughly by flooding with clean water.  Make sure floor has been rinsed well and allow to dry completely before applying MTI’s Diamond Floor Finish.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

CAUTION:  Do not take internally.  Avoid eye and skin contact.  Use in well-ventilated areas.

FIRST AID:  Eye Contact:  Flush with water for 15 minutes—Get medical aid.

Skin Contact:  Wash with soap and water.

Ingested:  Do not induce vomiting. Drink large amounts of water.  Get medical aid.

Inhalation:  Remove to fresh air.

An instant deep wet look floor finish that can be high speed burnished or maintained with conventional methods.  Easy to apply.  Yields a surface that is durable and resistant to detergents, scuffing, slipping, and heel marking.  Gives outstanding performance on vinyl composition, asphalt, rubber, worn no-wax, and linoleum resilient flooring.  Use also for concrete, terrazzo, sealed or painted wood, cork, and most other floor materials.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

FLOOR PREPARATION:  Strip floor of old finish and wax.  Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.

FLOOR SEALER:  Apply one or two uniform coats prior to waxing.  Allow minimum of 20-30 minutes of drying time after each coat.

FLOOR FINISH (WAXING):  Apply two to three thin uniform coats.  Allow minimum of 20-30 minutes of drying time after each coat.  The surface may then be dry burnished with a high speed burnishing machine (1000 rpm or higher) using a white or tan buffing pad.

RESTORER:  Dilute 1 part Diamond Floor Finish with 3 parts water.

Meets or exceeds CSMA and ASTM slip resistant standards of 0.5 minimums as determined by ASTM D-2047. 

CAUTION:  MAY BE HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED.  KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
